Zac is Back!

“Zac is back “a popular term at this point around the campus of True North Classical

Academy campus and Dade-County as a whole.” Zac” being Zachary Katz who is one of the

top Quarterbacks in the state while only being a sophomore in high school. The 2027 signal caller

was the star QB his freshmen year at True North Academy with impressive stats of 2,973

yards per game and 38 touchdowns while leading his team to a 9-3 record.

Where is Zac back from exactly? He is back from National powerhouse Chaminade-Madonna after

departing from the program after a relatively short amount of time.

 Zac was one of three QB transfers to be a part of the Lions QB room. The others being

2025 Preston Smith and 2027 Tyler Chance. These two signal callers were the star

gunslingers at their respective schools putting up impressive numbers themselves.

Ultimately that happened to be the downfall of Katz's Chaminade tenure. The Lions started

their season 0-2 with Katz never really seeing the field and Tyler Chance taking up a bulk of

the snaps. Then once Chance went down with an injury it looked like it might’ve been Katz’s

time to take snaps until Preston Smiths jersey was called. Katz then packed up and went back to where he began his high school career..

 True North.

The 2027 Quarterback already is back into a groove with the Titans picking up right

where they left off after a dominating win over Everglades Prep in the teams latest

matchup. We are excited to see what level this True North team can get to by the end of the

season.
